I use CSS Frameworks - not for all situations, but using them more often for sure. While I have created my own, I wanted to compile a list of pre-written ones on the web for reference. If anyone knows of a good one to add, drop a comment. Also you might want to check out the conversation Jeff Croft is having about this.
